Hi, my name is Colleen Rittaler and I have a passion for taking old, unattractive furniture and making it new and beautiful again.

I started my sewing journey early on, with my Grandmother as my guide. I then went on to win multiple awards for my sewing abilities.

When I finally decided that I wanted to get into the upholstery field, I soon discovered that it would be very challenging as there were no schools or training available. So I taught myself. By reading every book I could find and practicing on old pieces picked up at thrift stores, I developed the meticulous style that I’m known for. I take great pride in my skillful techniques and attention to detail.

My workshop is based out of my home in Aldergrove, BC.

Please feel free to contact me for a free estimate or with any questions you may have.

I look forward to working with you.
